Cet article explique le succès des « résidences fermées » toulousaines par les enjeux immobiliers et sécuritaires que leurs promoteurs exploitent pour en faire une offre commercialement attractive. Mais il faut relativiser leur portée sociale en réinscrivant cette fermeture dans le cadre historique des espaces résidentiels privés qui affirment la logique d’appropriation exclusive par la propriété privée, infirmant l’interprétation en termes de « privatisation de l’espace public », souvent privilégiée à des fins de dénonciation. |

Este artículo explica el éxito de las « viviendas cerradas » de Tolosa por los « juegos » inmobiliarios y securitarios que sus promotores exploran para hacer de ellos una oferta comercialmente atrayente. Sin embargo, hay que relativizar su aporte social al reinscribir este cerramiento en el cuadro histórico de los espacios residenciales privados que afirman la lógica de apropiación exclusiva por la propiedad privada, al infirmar la interpretación en términos de « privatizaciíon del espacio público », a menudo privilegiada con fines de denuncia. |
