| Summary, etc. | L’ ulis est un dispositif ouvert qui accueille des élèves dits « en situation de handicap » et scolarisés dans différentes classes de leur établissement scolaire pour leur permettre de poursuivre une scolarité adaptée à leurs potentialités et à leurs besoins, ainsi que de préparer leur insertion sociale et professionnelle. Dans l’ ulis collège où j’exerce en tant que coordonnatrice pour la septième année, le travail mené pour accompagner mes élèves porte, en particulier, sur deux axes complémentaires : conforter l’appartenance des élèves orientés en ulis à leur classe et à leur établissement en soutenant leur participation à toutes les activités qui y sont proposées ; mettre en œuvre les aménagements et adaptations pédagogiques répondant à leurs besoins éducatifs particuliers. Pour mener à bien toutes ces actions, l’ ulis prend appui sur un important travail de coordination et d’équipe avec tout le personnel de l’établissement et tous ses partenaires. |

| Summary, etc. | The ulis system is an open program for disabled students, who are placed in different classes in their school to allow them to pursue an education adapted to their potential and their needs, preparing them for social and professional integration. In the ulis collège (middle school) where I have worked as a director for the last seven years, there are two complementary dimensions of our support for students: strengthening the belonging of ulis students in their classes and their school by supporting their participation in all activities offered to them, and adjusting and adapting educational approaches to respond to their individual needs. To achieve this, the ulis relies on a substantial degree of teamwork and coordination between the school’s staff and its partners. |
