| Summary, etc. | L’accès aux loisirs en France est une réalité pour seulement 0,28 % des enfants en situation de handicap. Pourtant, jouer apporte à l’enfant tant en qualité de vie, en autonomie qu’en émulation entre pairs et ce, réciproquement. L’objet de notre témoignage est d’abord d’interroger le bien-fondé de tiers-lieux comme celui du Kaléidoscope, structure de loisirs atypique, pour des enfants « exclus » de loisirs traditionnels et ensuite d’étudier les ressources, les formations et les partenariats qui aideraient à construire collectivement des passerelles vers des accueils collectifs de mineurs. Si des initiatives existent, elles restent parfois anecdotiques, bricolées et pour le moins peu pérennes. Nous défendons ainsi que le projet de vie d’un enfant vivant une situation de handicap s’inscrit avant tout dans des volontés politiques suivies de décloisonnements budgétaires « santé-éducation-inclusion ». |

| Summary, etc. | In France, access to leisure activities is a reality for only 0.28 percent of disabled children. Yet play contributes to the child’s quality of life, their autonomy, and peer learning—and this is true not just for the disabled child, but reciprocally. The goal is first to interrogate the role of third places like Kaléidoscope, which provides non-typical leisure activities, in the lives of children who are “excluded” from traditional leisure activities, and then to examine what resources, training, and partnerships might help to collectively build gateways toward collective support for children. While such initiatives exist, they are often limited, makeshift, and short-lived. We argue that the life projects of disabled children demand sustained political attempts to break down budgetary barriers between health, education, and inclusion. |
