| Summary, etc. | Résumé La clinique périnatale est par essence pluridisciplinaire. Cette pluridisciplinarité conjuguée au soutien familial et social constitue le contenant émotionnel coutumier et le plus souvent suffisant pour les grossesses ordinaires. Le spécialiste psy peut néanmoins soutenir l’engagement émotionnel des professionnels en veillant à la continuité et à la cohérence de leur intervention. Il peut par ailleurs cibler son intervention sur des situations à risque affectant les mères (pathologies psychiatriques antérieures à la grossesse, survenue d’événements de vie traumatiques, éclosion de pathologies psychiatriques puerpérales...) ou d’affections menaçant les bébés (maladie ou malformation fœtale, prématurité, handicap...) dans une perspective curative mais aussi préventive concernant le développement psychoaffectif de l’enfant |
