| Summary, etc. | Résumé Grandir en situation migratoire comporte un risque spécifique pour la structuration psychique. La migration des parents en est une donnée interne et externe spécifique, par l’introduction d’une rupture brutale, en entraînant une perte du cadre culturel et de sa fonction d’étayage. Les conséquences chez l’enfant se manifestent essentiellement dans les domaines du soin et de la scolarité, avec des échecs parfois massifs. Chez l’adolescent, au moment du choix du partenaire sexuel, les deux axes narcissique et objectal croisent nécessairement un troisième axe culturel. Or les rôles sont souvent inversés, et l’adolescent comme l’enfant devient le guide de ses parents dans le nouveau monde, avec une quantité d’angoisse et une perte de sens. La consultation psy est un lieu privilégié de recherche de sens pour cette catégorie. Le psy a une responsabilité dans ce processus. |

The consequences for the child emerge mainly in health and schooling with sometimes massive failures. For teenagers, when comes the time to choose a sexual partner, the two main lines, narcissistic and object relationship, necessarily cross a third cultural main line. Yet, roles are often reversed, and the teenager as the child, becomes the parent’s guide in the new world, with a big amount of anxiety and a loss of meaning. The psychiatric consultation is a privileged environment for seeking a meaning for third category. The psychiatrist has a responsibility in such a process. |
