Summary, etc. Résumé Héloïse a 14 ans. C’est une jeune fille d’allure assurée, petite bonne femme qui semble déjà avoir beaucoup vécu. L’école a toujours été difficile. Non par manque d’intelligence, loin de là. Ni par manque de curiosité. Seulement, elle avait du mal à rester sur terre. Elle préférait la lune. En 6e, elle a rencontré un garçon. Le plus beau de la classe. Le plus étonnant, c’est qu’il l’a vue. Elle n’était plus transparente. Elle est tombée amoureuse. Elle est devenue celle qui se laissait faire par les garçons. Cendrillon est tombée de haut, s’est fracassée lourdement sur le sol. Elle s’est cassé les ailes en découvrant l’univers sordide des relations entre garçons et filles, quand la violence s’en mêle, quand les adultes ne s’en mêlent pas, laissant les adolescents se dépêtrer, seuls, de leurs pulsions sexuelles, sans pouvoir ni les symboliser ni les transformer, ni les sublimer. Je rencontre Héloïse au cmpp où je travaille en tant que psychomotricienne. Ce texte raconte quatre années d’un suivi en thérapie en relaxation avec cette jeune adolescente.

Not that she was not smart, far from it. But she always felt it difficult to listen attentively to her teachers. She preferred dreaming. At school, in first form, she met a boy, the best-looking of the class. And the most amazing was that he noticed her. She was not transparent any longer. She fell in love with him. She became the one who let herself be pushed around by boys. Cinderella was badly disappointed; she crashed heavily on the ground. She broke her wings discovering the squalid world of relationships between girls and boys, when violence is there, when adults don’t want to interfere, leaving the youngsters extricate themselves from their sexual urges, unable either to symbolize, or to transform or sublimate them. I met Héloise at cmpp where I work as a psychometrical. This article relates the medical follow up of a four years relaxation therapy with this young girl.
