La culpabilité est entretenue par la « dette migratoire », l’illégitimité à souffrir provenant de la comparaison avec l’histoire parentale et de la non-reconnaissance de la souffrance par les parents. La prise en charge individuelle des adolescents enfants de migrants souffrants de dépression fait appel aux compétences en psychiatrie transculturelle des thérapeutes, ainsi qu’à la mise en place d’un travail centré sur la narration du fait des problématiques de transmission des récits familiaux et migratoires. |
