| Summary, etc. | Nicolas Tertulian relate dans cet entretien les débuts de sa carrière universitaire dans la Roumanie du début des années 1970, et son rôle de passeur, à la même époque en France, de Die Eigenart des Ästhetischen de Lukács, notamment auprès des chercheurs en sociologie littéraire de l’EHESS. Reconstruisant certains pans de son travail au long cours sur le philosophe hongrois, il revient ensuite sur ses échanges avec Marcuse et Adorno, et évoque à titre de témoin les relations critiques que Lukács entretenait avec l’École de Francfort. |

| Summary, etc. | In this interview Nicolas Tertulian recalls the beginning of his career as an academic in Romania in the 1970s. He also addresses his role during this same period in France as an intermediary in the reception of Lukacs’ Die Eigenart des Ästhetischen, notably among researchers in literary sociology at the EHESS. After an examination of certain aspects of his sustained engagement with Lukacs’ philosophy, he goes on to comment on his exchanges with Marcuse and Adorno and, from his position as an observer, on the relations, critical but never indifferent, which Lukacs maintained with the Frankfurt School. |
