Après avoir évoqué les différentes politiques d’accueil des étrangers et la notion de suspicion permanente et de ses effets, Maitre Rochiccioli nous expose les conséquences de l’instabilité législative. Deux exemples, enfin, d’étrangers malades une femme atteinte de VIH et un enfant nécessitant une équipe pluridisciplinaire ne pouvant être soignés dans leur pays. |

After having evoked the various policies of reception of foreigners and the notion of permanent suspicion and its effects, Maitre Rochiccioli exposes us the consequences of the legislative instability. Finally, two examples of sick foreigners : a woman suffering from HIV and a child requiring a multidisciplinary team who cannot be treated in their country. |
