| Summary, etc. | Long considered invisible, disability has been increasingly acknowledged in our societies over the past few decades. This issue raises significant challenges for contemporary organizations and management, which led to the creation of the Ges’Handi collective and the development of this special feature of the Revue française de gestion. After providing a social and historical perspective on disability, this introductory article identifies three prominent research dynamics in management and business sciences within the French-speaking context. The six articles selected for this special feature are then presented. The article concludes with a call to unite researchers from various disciplines within management and business sciences to address, in a transversal manner, the challenges of including people with disabilities. |

| Summary, etc. | Longtemps invisible, le handicap a fait l’objet au cours des dernières décennies d’une meilleure prise en compte dans nos sociétés. La question soulève des enjeux importants pour les organisations contemporaines et le management, ce qui a conduit à la création du collectif Ges’Handi et à la conception de ce dossier de la Revue française de gestion. Après une mise en perspective sociale et historique du handicap, cet article introductif identifie trois dynamiques de recherche en sciences de gestion et du management saillantes dans le contexte francophone. Les six articles retenus dans ce dossier sont ensuite présentés. L’article se conclut par un appel à fédérer les chercheurs des différentes disciplines des sciences de gestion et du management afin de répondre de manière transversale aux défis de l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap. |
