520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. ‪The concept of information practice is well established within the French-speaking field of Information Science, yet examination of the international literature in Library and Information Science shows the coexistence of three terms to designate information seeking activities: information behavior, information practice, and information experience. These different conceptualizations are based on divergent and incompatible theoretical references. The dynamic nature of current research in this field is thus counterbalanced by the dispersion of its objects of study and by the absence of a unifying framework. This analysis nevertheless allows us to consider the plurality of conceptual choices for studying the act of “getting informed.”‪
