Summary, etc. RésuméL’environnement actuel des entreprises est de plus en plus exigeant, complexe, incertain. Dans la mesure où l’environnement évolue et que les entreprises sont tout à la fois actrices du changement et affectées par celui-ci, leurs structures évoluent également. Elles passent globalement d’une organisation pyramidale à une organisation organique. Ces évolutions environnementales et organisationnelles ont pour corollaire une évolution des rôles et des compétences dévolus aux hommes et aux femmes clefs d’entreprises. L’examen des théories afférentes au management et au leadership met en exergue que les rôles et les compétences attendus chez ces populations consistent en la capacité à susciter et à conduire le changement, à véhiculer du sens à l’action, à animer et à gérer des équipes. C’est à cette fin de « manager le changement ou de changer le management » que sont mis en place de nouveaux modes d’évaluation et d’accompagnement : le 360? feedback, le coaching... Leur couplage peut se révéler un puissant levier d’apprentissage individuel, collectif et organisationnel.

Summary, etc. The current environment for companies is increasingly exacting, complex and doubtful. Because this environment constantly develops and because companies are both the authors and the victims of change, their structures evolve as well. They globally move from a pyramidal organization to an organic one. Those environmental and organizational changes lead to a modification of the roles and competencies which have been granted to the companies’ key people. The theories consideration accruing to management and leadership outline the role and competencies which are expected and consist in the ability to provoke and to lead change, to carry the sense of the action, to animate and to manage teams. With this purpose of managing and leading change or modifying the management style, new evaluation and follow up processes have been introduced: 360? feedback, coaching... Their linkage could generate a powerful individual, collective and organizational apprenticeship lever.
