| Summary, etc. | RésuméS’appuyant sur une approche structurale (Kohlberg, 1976 ; Tapp et Lévine, 1977), cette étude analyse les consciences réglementaires d’adolescents en fonction de leurs contextes de pratique sportive (contexte institutionnalisé versus auto-organisé). Des entretiens semi-directifs ont été conduits auprès de vingt adolescents. Les analyses lexicale (logiciel ALCESTE) et thématique font ressortir des différences au niveau de la nature de la conscience réglementaire. Il s’avère que le contexte institutionnalisé entraîne une conscience soumise et fonctionnelle de la règle sportive alors que le contexte auto-organisé fait plutôt naître une conscience responsable et morale, prenant ainsi à contre-pied les croyances qui sont véhiculées à ce sujet par les instances politiques et sportives. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on a structural approach (Kohlberg, 1976 ; Tapp & Lévine, 1977), this study analyses athletic rules consciousness of adolescents in relation to their contexts of athletic practice (institutionalized context versus self-organized context). Semi-directive interviews have been held with twenty adolescents. The lexical (ALCESTE software) and qualitative analysis highlights differences between the two groups of adolescents in terms of athletic rules consciousness. The institutionalized context mainly leads to a submitted and functional consciousness whereas the self-organized context is at the basis of a responsible and moral consciousness. These results are in opposition with the common beliefs both underlined by the political and federal institutions about these two contexts of sport practice. |

Sono state effettuate interviste semi-direttive presso venti adolescenti. Le analisi lessicali (programma ALCESTE) e tematico fanno emergere differenze a livello della natura della coscienza regolamentare. Si avvera che il contesto istituzionalizzato determina una coscienza sottomessa e funzionale della regola sportiva mentre il contesto auto-organizzato fa piuttosto nascere una coscienza responsabile e morale, prendendo così in contropiede le credenze veicolate su questo soggetto dalle istanze politiche e sportive. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungAuf der Basis eines strukturellen Ansatzes (Kohlberg, 1976 ; Tapp et Lévine, 1977) analysiert diese Studie das Regelbewusstsein von Jugendlichen in Abhängigkeit vom sportpraktischen Kontext (institutionalisierter vs. selbstorganisierter Kontext). Mit 20 Jugendlichen wurden halbstandardisierte Befragungen durchgeführt. Die lexikalische (Programm ALCESTE) und thematische Analyse zeigen Unterschiede hinsichtlich der Art des Regelbewusstseins. Es zeigt sich, dass der institutionalisierte Kontext zu einem unterwürfigen und funktionellen Regelbewusstsein führt, während der selbstorganisierte Kontext eher ein verantwortliches und moralisches Bewusstsein hervorruft und damit die Glaubensansichten, die durch Instanzen der Politik und des Sports verbreitet werden, widerlegt. |

| Summary, etc. | RiassuntoApoyándose sobre un acercamiento estructural (Kholberg, 1976; Tapp y Lévine, 1977), este estudio analiza las conciencias reglamentarias de adolescentes en función de sus contextos de práctica deportiva (contexto institucionalizado versus auto-organizado). Entrevistas semi-dirigidas han sido conducidas a cerca de veinte adolescentes. Los análisis lexicográficos (programa ALCESTE) y temáticos hacen surgir diferencias a nivel de la naturaleza de la conciencia reglamentaria. Sucede que el contexto institucionalizado conlleva una conciencia sometida y funcional del reglamento deportivo mientras que el contexto auto-organizado, más bien impulsa el nacimiento de una conciencia responsable y moral, tomando de esa manera a contra sentido las creencias que son canalizadas a este tema por las instancias políticas y deportivas. |
