| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir d’un matériel recueilli auprès d’un collectif de surveillant.e.s d’une maison d’arrêt, l’article interroge la pertinence du dispositif de soutien au personnel « victimisé » mis en place dans les prisons belges. L’écoute du travail apporte dans un premier temps des éléments de compréhension sur la construction de la méfiance et de l’homophobie, ce qui permet de questionner les rapports genrés de travail au regard de la « juste distance » à entretenir avec les détenus. L’auteur engage ensuite une réflexion sur les liens entre l’exercice de la violence et la souffrance éthique, et défend enfin la thèse de la sexualisation secondaire des conduites défensives. |

| Summary, etc. | The article speaks about an psychological intervention realised with a collective of supervisors in a detention center and questions the relevance of the device of support for the staff set up in the Belgian prisons. The listening of the work brings elements of understanding on the construction of the distrust and the homophobia, what allows to understand differencies between behaviors of men and women related to the « good distance » wich is to be maintained with the prisoners. The author engages then a reflection on the links between the exercise of the violence and ethical suffering, and defends finally the thesis of a secondary sexualization of defensive behaviors. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenPartiendo de un material logrado en un grupo de guardianes (as) en una cárcel, el artículo se interroga sobre la pertinencia del dispositivo de apoyo del personal victimizado, puesto en práctica en los centros de detención belgas. La atención del trabajo aporta elementos iniciales de comprensión sobre la construcción de la desconfianza y de la homofobia, lo cual permite cuestionar las diferencias entre los comportamientos de guardianes y guardianas con respecto a la « distancia justa « que todos necesitan mantener frente a los detenidos. El autor se compromete con una reflexión sobre las relaciones entre el ejercicio de la violencia y el sufrimiento ético y defiende finalmente la tésis de una sexualización secundaria de los comportamientos defensivos. |
