| Summary, etc. | In the analysis of the organization of work of post-taylorism, it can be often noticed that rituals of demonstration of acknowledgment that are in practice are frequently at the origin of feelings of lack of consideration and humiliation. They result from forms of instrumental and standard acknowledgment that fail to reply to concrete expectations of acknowledgment from the workers. Also these forms often deny themselves on the performative dimension. We do not have to hasten to characterize these new expectations of acknowledgment as regressive phenomena of lack of differentiation, but take them as serious processes of structural transformations in the world of work. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEn los análisis de las formas de trabajo post-tayloristas, no es extraño comprobar que los rituales de manifestación del reconocimiento que se practican, son frecuentemente el origen de los sentimientos de ausencia de consideración y de humillación. Resultan de formas de reconocimiento instrumentalizantes y estandarizantes que fracasan en el intento de responder a las expectativas de reconocimiento concretas por parte de los trabajadores y que, a menudo, competitivamente se desmienten a si mismas. No se debe en este caso apresurarse a caracterizar estas nuevas expectativas de reconocimiento como fenómenos regresivos de indiferencia, sino más bien tomarlos en serio en tanto que signos de procesos de transformaciones estructurales del mundo del trabajo. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungIn Analysen post-tayloristischer Arbeitsformen zeigt sich nicht selten, dass aus dort praktizierten Ritualen demonstrativer Anerkennungsbekundung neue Missachtungs – und Kränkungserfahrungen entspringen können. Diese resultieren aus Formen instrumentalisierender und standardisierender Anerkennung, die die konkreten Anerkennungserwartungen der Arbeitenden verfehlen und sich letztlich performativ selbst dementieren. Dabei sind veränderte Anerkennungserwartungen nicht vorschnell als regressive Entdifferenzierungsphänomene abzustempeln, sondern als Hinweis auf strukturelle Wandlungsprozesse der Arbeitswelt ernst zu nehmen. |
