Confrontée à des suicides au travail en nombre croissant à la Sncf, la fédération Sud-Rail a, la première, mis en place en 2010 une formation syndicale sur la souffrance au travail, fondée notamment sur les travaux théoriques et cliniques en psychodynamique du travail. Son contenu suscite des controverses, car, contrairement à d’autres formations syndicales mises en œuvre ensuite, celle-ci aborde des questions de philosophie morale : consentement au mal, servitude volontaire et souffrance éthique. |

Facing more and more suicides at work at Sncf, Sud-Rail federation was first, in 2010, to set up a trade union education on suffering at work notably based on the theoretical and clinical research in the psychodynamics of work. Its content raises controversies because, by contrast with other later trade union educations, this one addresses issues of moral philosophy : consent to evil, voluntary servitude and ethical suffering. |

Confrontada al creciente número de suicidios en el trabajo en la Sncf, la federación Sud-Rail ha sido la primera en poner en funcionamiento en 2010 una formación sindical sobre el sufrimiento en el trabajo, fundada particularmente sobre los trabajos teóricos de la psicodinámica del trabajo. Su contenido suscita controversias dado que, contrariamente a otras formaciones sindicales puestas en marcha luego, ésta aborda cuestiones de filosofía moral : consentimiento del mal, servitud voluntaria y sufrimiento ético. |
