| Summary, etc. | L’élaboration depuis 1980, dans un contexte d’organisations du travail délétères, d’une « clinique médicale du travail » dont les fondements reposent sur les sciences humaines du travail, permet aux médecins qui y adhèrent et la pratiquent de diagnostiquer le lien entre la santé d’un travailleur et des éléments de son travail et d’en attester. Les employeurs, afin d’assurer leur désengagement moral lors de conflit avec un travailleur, utilisent une stratégie classique de dénigrement et d’intimidation des praticiens qui rendent visible ce lien en les poursuivant devant les juridictions de l’ordre des médecins dont la compétence et le fonctionnement sont problématiques. |

In order to be granted moral innocuousness in the case of a conflict with a worker, employers make use of a traditional denigration and intimidation strategy towards health workers, who then make this link visible by charging their employer to the jurisdiction of the order of practitioners, the competence and functioning of which are problematic. |

| Summary, etc. | La elaboración desde 1980, en un contexto de organizaciones del trabajo perjudiciales, de una « clinica médica del trabajo » cuyos fundamentos reposan sobre las ciencias humanas del trabajo, permite a los médicos que adhieren a la misma y la practican diagnosticar el vínculo entre la salud de un trabajador y los elementos de su trabajo y atestiguar sobre el mismo. Los empleadores con el fin de asegurar su desvinculación moral cuando se produce un conflicto con un trabajador utilizan una estategia clásica de denigración e intimidación de los médicos que visibilizan ese vínculo persiguiéndolos ante las jurisdicciones de la orden de los médicos de la cual la competencia y el funcionamiento son problemáticos. |
