| Summary, etc. | Le rapport contemporain entre travail et subjectivité témoigne malheureusement d’une accélération de la dégradation qualitative des modes d’engagement dans le travail. Si cette mise à mal du travailler est pointée depuis l’origine, il nous importe aujourd’hui de tirer les conséquences de cette amplification du point de vue de l’intervention. La première partie de ce texte sera consacrée à l’analyse de ce qui peut confiner à un tournant. Dans un deuxième temps, nous tenterons, à partir d’expériences de terrain, d’identifier l’impact de ces changements sur la pratique de l’enquête en psychodynamique du travail. Pour terminer, nous nous efforcerons d’énumérer une partie des défis pratiques et politiques qui découlent de cet état de fait. |

| Summary, etc. | The relation between work and subjectivity is substantially different today if we compare it to what it was by the end of the twentieth century, when the method of inquiry in psychodynamics of work was created. It is vital to draw the consequences of this change from the point of view of intervention. The first part of this text is devoted to examining this turning point. In a second moment and supported by our own experiences in the field, we will attempt to identify the impact of these changes in the practice of inquiring in psychodynamics of work. Finally, we will endeavor to list some of the practical and political challenges that arise from this state of affairs. |

| Summary, etc. | La relación entre trabajo y subjetividad es hoy en día cualitativamente diferente de lo que era a finales del siglo XX, cuando el método de investigación en psicodinámica del trabajo fue concebido.Es importante extraer las consecuencias de este cambio desde el punto de vista de la intervención. La primera parte de este texto hará énfasis en el análisis de este cambio.Luego, a partir de experiencias del terreno, intentaremos identificar el impacto de esos cambios sobre la práctica de la investigación en psicodinámica del trabajo.Para finalizar, nos esforzaremos en enumerar una parte de los desafíos prácticos y políticos que derivan de esta situación. |
