Les principes de l’intervention restent les mêmes, mais chaque démarche reste unique, imprévisible et ouvre un chantier dont on ne mesure ni l’étendue, ni les obstacles, ni l’aboutissement. Dans tous les cas, la démarche vise à rendre la parole à ceux qui l’ont perdue ; elle propose de mettre en mouvement, en dynamique, en vie, les questions du travail qui se posent à ceux qui l’exercent, de retisser du sens commun, de lutter pour rendre l’action collective possible. |

| Summary, etc. | How to Reconsider the Issue of Work and Make Collective Action Possible: the Example of Two Interventions During a CrisisThis paper recounts two interventions in a workspace during a crisis and argues for the necessity of planning and carrying out collective solutions. The principles of an intervention always stay the same, but each approach is unique, unpredictable and creates a new situation we cannot measure ; the obstacles and the outcome of which we cannot anticipate. In each case, the approach aims at giving a voice to those who lost it ; it proposes to put to movement, to produce a dynamic, to give life to issues raised by the workers, to rebuild common sense and to struggle for making collective action possible. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo reconstituye dos intervenciones en el medio de trabajo, en contextos de crisis y subraya la necesidad de respuestas colectivas, tanto en su elaboración como en su realización. Los principios de intervención se mantienen los mismos, pero cada iniciativa sigue siendo única, imprevisible, y abre una obra de la cual no se mide ni la extensión, ni los obstáculos, ni el objetivo. En todos los casos, la iniciativa busca dar la palabra a aquéllos que la han perdido ; propone poner en movimiento, en dinámica, en vida, las cuestiones del trabajo que se presentan a quienes lo ejercen, retejer de sentido común, luchar porque la acción colectiva sea posible. |
