| Summary, etc. | La Responsabilité Sociétale des Organisations (RSO) est un processus d’engagement des organisations, en collaboration avec leurs parties prenantes, destiné à « intégrer les préoccupations en matière sociale, environnementale, éthique, de droits de l’homme et de consommateurs dans leurs activités commerciales et leur stratégie de base » (communication de la Commission Européenne au parlement européen, 2011). Il est question pour les organisations de mener des actions en direction de leurs multiples parties prenantes. Le contexte et la zone géographique participent à la définition d’un modèle RSO. D’ailleurs, la RSO est émergente en Afrique. L’objectif de cet article est d’enrichir les enseignements relevant de la RSO dans le contexte sénégalais et particulièrement dakarois pour mieux comprendre les comportements d’acteurs et d’organisations. Nous contribuons à la définition d’un modèle RSO dakarois, avec mise en évidence des problématiques responsables communes locales analysées au sein des organisations (grands groupes, PME, administrations et associations). |

| Summary, etc. | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an organizational engagement process, in collaboration with stakeholders, aimed at « integrating social, environmental, ethical, human and consumer rights concerns into their business activities and core strategy » (European Commission). There is a question for organizations to take action towards their multiple stakeholders. The context and the geographical area participate in the definition of a CSR model. Moreover, the CSR is emerging in Africa. The objective of this paper is to enrich the lessons of the CSR in the context of Senegal and particularly Dakar to better understand the behavior of actors and organizations. We contribute to the definition of a Dakar CSR model, with the highlighting of the common local responsible issues analysed within organizations (large groups, SMEs, administrations and associations). |

| Summary, etc. | La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSO) es un proceso de participación organizacional, en colaboración con sus partes interesadas, dirigido a « integrar las preocupaciones sociales, ambientales, éticas, de derechos humanos y de los consumidores en sus actividades comerciales y estrategia » (Comisión Europea). Existe una pregunta para que las organizaciones actúen con sus múltiples partes interesadas. El contexto y el área geográfica participan en la definición de un modelo de RSO. Además, la RSO está emergiendo en África. El objetivo de este artículo es enriquecer las lecciones de RSO en el contexto de Senegal y particularmente Dakar para comprender mejor el comportamiento de los actores y las organizaciones. Contribuimos a la definición de un modelo RSO de Dakar, con el destaque de los problemas comunes locales responsables analizados dentro de las organizaciones (grandes grupos, PYME, administraciones y asociaciones). |
