Complétant ses propres travaux sociohistoriques, l’auteur propose le détour par une approche idéal-typique, considérant que se réalise dans tout travail social un « carré des intelligences », fait de droits, d’institutions, de savoirs et d’une signature clinique. Sur cette base, il déconstruit la « réingénierie » des métiers sociaux en cours, en y décelant un changement d’alliance historique, des métiers aux opérateurs, et une réorganisation autoritaire de la division du travail, entre encadrement renforcé et exécution sous contrôle. |
