| Summary, etc. | Suite à la mise en place du Service d’Information Stratégique et de Sécurité Economique (SISSE) en Janvier 2016, et la volonté de l’Etat de mettre en place une autre approche concernant l’Intelligence Economique, nous proposons un modèle simple et pratique pour que les PME, PMI, ETI comprennent mieux le message lié à l’Intelligence Economique et à ses fins compétitives. Ce nouveau modèle de développement d’Intelligence Economique et Stratégique (IES) est un Système Stratégique de Signaux Précoces ®. Ce dernier se base sur le renforcement de l’analyse durant la veille technologique et stratégique, la modélisation de l’environnement stratégique de l’entreprise qui sert à la création de scénarios dynamiques. Les scénarios les plus importants pour l’entreprise sont ensuite joués, pour simuler les actions des acteurs majeurs du marché. L’efficacité de ce modèle est illustrée ici pour l’entreprise Altix, PME de haute technologie française, leader mondiale de l’imagerie dans le circuit imprimé. |

| Summary, etc. | Following the establishment of the Strategic Information and Economic Security Service (CISSE) in January 2016, and the willingness of the French government to implement another approach concerning Economic Intelligence. It is proposed a simple, complete and practical model so that SMEs, and intermediate sized companies can better understand the message related to the Economic Intelligence and its competitive purpose. This new model of development of Economic and Strategic Intelligence which is a Strategic Early Warning System is based on the strengthening of analysis during the technological and strategic scanning, the modeling of the strategic environment of the company which is used for the creation of dynamic scenarios. The most important scenarios for the company are then played, to simulate the actions of major players in the market. The efficiency of this model is shown for the company Altix, a French high-tech SME and a world leader in the imaging for the Printed Circuit Board sector. |
