| Summary, etc. | Le rôle croissant joué par les réseaux sociaux impose désormais à l’entreprise d’adopter une veille stratégique. Cet article étudie la nature et la gestion de la e-réputation par l’entreprise. Une étude statistique a été réalisée sur des indices de présence sur les réseaux sociaux et les déterminants de cette e-réputation. Les résultats mettent en évidence la nécessité pour l’entreprise étudiée, la SNCF, de préserver activement sa réputation suite à tout événement indésirable. La stratégie de social média de la SNCF repose sur la co-creation de contenu de contenu avec les différentes communautés d’usagers sur les différents réseaux sociaux et plateformes digitales (blogs, forums...). Une stratégie de gestion de communautés semble indispensable pour accompagner la e-réputation en vue de fournir du contenu de qualité, transparent et fiable. |

| Summary, etc. | The increasing role played by social networks now requires the company to adopt a strategic watch. This paper deals with the nature and management of ereputation. A statistical study was performed on indices of presence on social networks and the determinants of e-reputation. The results highlight the need for the considered firm, SNCF, to preserve its reputation from any adverse event. A SNCF’s social media strategy is based on content co-creation with different user communities on various social networks and digital platforms (blogs, forums, etc.). A community management strategy seems essential to nurse the e-reputation in order to provide quality, transparent and reliable content. |
