| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose de réfléchir à la situation de deux jeunes enfants, Tiago et Timéo, alors placés par ordonnance judiciaire dans une Maison d’enfants à caractère sociale. L’hypothèse principale à notre réflexion sera de soutenir que le maintien des droits de visite libres au domicile des parents dans le cadre du placement est le résultat d’une approche et d’un état d’esprit seulement objectivant posé sur la situation de cette famille. En filigrane, nous proposons de penser que le pli de la pédopsychiatrie donné aux origines de cette situation a contaminé celui de la protection de l’enfance et avec lui, le monde de la justice et des services sociaux, « tournés en rond » et tous ensemble vers la rééducation de ces enfants et l’aide apportée aux parents. Nos hypothèses de pensée nous conduiront à l’abord des notions et idées suivantes : le mimétisme des dispositifs sociaux — La bascule vers l’ouverture au contact d’une altérité compréhensive — L’émergence de la subjectivité écrasée — Le contact séparant. |

| Summary, etc. | This article offers to reflect on the situation of two young children, Tiago and Timéo, who were placed by court order in a social welfare home for children. The main hypothesis of our reflection will be to maintain that the maintenance of free visiting rights at the parents’ home within the framework of the placement is the result of an approach and a state of mind that is only objective in order to the situation of this family. We offer to think that the child psychiatry fold given at the origins of this situation has contaminated the child protection fold and with it, the world of justice and social services, "turned in circles" and all together towards the re-education of these children and the help given to the parents. Our hypotheses of thought will lead us to the approach of the following notions and ideas: The mimicry of social devices – The swing towards openness to contact with an understanding otherness – The emergence of crushed subjectivity – The separating contact. |
