| Summary, etc. | Comment les pratiques groupales peuvent-elles s’inscrire dans les institutions aujourd’hui et évoluer en qualité et en diversité malgré la réduction des budgets limitant les postes et les crédits de formation ? Comment faire reconnaître et soutenir ces thérapies groupales quand elles s’exercent dans un champ analytique aujourd’hui contesté ?L’histoire de l’élaboration d’un nouveau dispositif groupal : le scénodrame et de son inscription au sein d’un hôpital de jour/CATTP dans un service hospitalo-universitaire de psychiatrie de l’enfant et de l’adolescent ouvrira une réflexion sur les origines et les facteurs favorisant une telle initiative et sa prise en compte institutionnelle. Seront évoqués les soutiens et les résistances à l’oeuvre dans un tel processus d’intégration. Nous verrons comment des espaces institutionnels extérieurs à l’institution de soin (Sociétés Scientifiques) offrent des appuis pour penser et faire reconnaître un nouveau dispositif conçu pour répondre aux difficultés spécifiques des pathologies lourdes et des pathologies des contenants psychiques. Notre réflexion s’exercera dans un mouvement circulaire entre les groupes de scénodrame avec leur spécificité et l’institution dans sa diversité. Nous passerons de la contenance groupale aux contenances institutionnelles protectrices des enveloppes psychiques. Nous verrons comment l’institution porte une diversité qui se nourrit des expériences pluridisciplinaires. En conclusion, la pluridisciplinarité expose les soignants à la différence et, dans un même mouvement élaboratif, impulse une créativité participative. |

| Summary, etc. | The work of the same and of the different: a circular movement between Scenodrama group and institutionHow can group practices find their place in institutions today while developing both in quality and diversity in spite of the reduction of budgets limiting posts and funds for training? What can be done today to support and recognize group therapies when they are operating in an analytic field that is currently contested? A review of the history of the elaboration of a new group setting, scenodrama, and of its inscription within a day hospital/CATTP (Part-time Therapeutic Reception Centre) in a teaching hospital Service of child and adolescent psychiatry, opens out onto a reflection on the origins and factors favouring such an initiative and its integration by the institution. The support and resistances in such a work of integration will be discussed. We will see how institutional spaces outside the institution of treatment (i.e., Scientific Societies) offer a basis for thinking about and recognizing a new setting created to respond to the specific difficulties of severe pathologies and pathologies of psychic containers. Our reflection will follow a circular movement between the specific nature of groups of scenodrama and the diversity of the institution. We will proceed from group holding to institutional forms of holding that are protective of psychic envelopes. We will see how the institution is characterized by diversity nourished by multidisciplinary experiences. In conclusion, it will be shown how multidisciplinarity exposes carers to difference and, in the same elaborative movement, gives an impulsion to participative creativity. |

| Summary, etc. | El trabajo del mismo y del diferente : movimiento circular entre grupo de Escenodrama e Institución¿Cómo las prácticas grupales pueden inscribirse en las instituciones hoy en días y evolucionar en cualidad y en diversidad a pesar de la reducción de los presupuestos limitando los puestos y les créditos de formación ? ¿Cómo hacer reconocer y sostener estas terapias grupales cuando se ejercen en un campo analítico actualmente discutido ?La historia de la elaboración de un nuevo dispositivo grupal : el escenodrama y de su inscripción dentro de un hospital de día/CATTP en un Servicio hospital-universitario de psiquiatría del niño y del adolescente abrirá une reflexión en las origines y los factores favoreciendo una tal iniciativa su toma en cuenta institucional. Serán evocados los apoyos así como las resistencias en obra en un tal proceso de integración. Veremos como espacios institucionales exteriores a la Institución de cuidados (Sociedades Científicas) ofrecen apoyos para pensar y hacer reconocer un nuevo dispositivo concebido para responder a las dificultad especificas de las patologías importantes así como de las patologías des contenedores psíquicas.Nuestra reflexión se ejercerá en un movimiento circular entre les grupos de escenodrama con su especificidad y la Institución en su diversidad. Pasaremos de la continencia grupal a las continencias institucionales protectoras de los envueltos psíquicos.Veremos como la Institución lleva una diversidad que se nutre con experiencias pluri disciplinarias. En conclusión, la pluri disciplinaridad expone les médicos a la diferencia y, en un mismo movimiento de elaboración, impulse una creatividad participativa. |
