| Summary, etc. | La caractéristique des nouvelles identités familiales est d’être structurées non pas en référence à un ordre symbolique filiatif vertical, mais sur la modélisation d’un maillage du lien affiliatif, horizontal. Dans la continuité de José Bleger, avec la question du dispositif, se pose ici essentiellement celle d’une « psychanalyse du cadre psychanalytique ».La particularité sera ici de mettre en tension la dimension garante du cadre avec sa disponibilité, son caractère malléable, sa capacité à accueillir et à contenir des contenants familiaux et sociaux eux-mêmes en transformation. La particularité de ces approches est de penser une clinique de l’étayage des configurations de liens familiaux et sociaux en souffrance. Pour nous, le cadre théorique sur lequel s’adosse l’approche thérapeutique psychanalytique familiale se fonde sur la conceptualisation du maillage des contenants généalogiques, donc dans une perspective psychanalytique des liens psychiques de filiation et d’affiliation. Mais alors qu’avec le dispositif le cadre externe peut évoluer, la référence rigoureuse au cadre interne théorique et la posture subjective psychanalytique d’étayage de l’analyste reste centrale. |

| Summary, etc. | The characteristic of new family identities is that they are structured not in relation to a vertical filiative symbolic order, but around the modelisation of a mesh of horizontal affiliative ties. Following on from José Bleger, with the question of the setting, the essential question raised here is that of a “psychoanalysis of the psychoanalytic frame”.The particular focus of this article will be to set the dimension of the frame as a safeguard in tension with its availabilty, its malleable character, its capacity to accommodate and contain family and social contents which are themselves undergoing transformation. The particularity of these approaches is to think about how to give support clinically to configurations of family and social ties that are in distress. For us, the theoretical framework on which the family psychoanalytic therapeutic approach leans is based on conceptualizing the mesh of the genealogical contents, and thus on a psychoanalytic perspective of the psychic ties of filiation and affiliation. But whereas the external frame can change depending on the setting, the rigorous reference to the internal theoretical frame and the analyst’s subjective psychoanalytic posture of anaclisis remains central. |

En la continuidad de José Bleger, con la cuestión del dispositivo, se plantea aquí esencialmente la de una « psicoanálisis del marco psicoanalítico ». La particularidad será poner en tensión la dimensión garante del marco con su disponibilidad, su carácter maleable, su capacidad en acoger y contener de los contenedores familiares y sociales ellos-mismos en transformación. La particulari-dad de aquellos enfoques es pensar una clínica del anaclisis de las configuracio-nes de lazos familiares y sociales en sufrimiento. Para nosotros, el marco teórico en el cual se apoya el enfoque terapéutico psicoanalítico familiar se funde en la conceptualismo del anaclísis de los contenedores genealógicos, pues en una perspectiva psicoanalítica de los lazos psíquicos de filiación y de afiliación. Pero mientras que con el dispositivo el marco externo puede evolucionar, la referencia rigorosa al marco interno teórico y la postura subjetiva psicoanalítica y de apunta-lamiento del analista resta central. |
