| Summary, etc. | C’est dans un moment-charnière de son histoire (déménagement, rapprochement avec une autre institution [ SESSAD] et changement de direction) que notre institution, un ITEP, fait le choix de s’engager dans une recherche-action en collaboration avec l’université pour mener une réflexion sur les modifications que de tels changements apporteront dans les pratiques professionnelles. Au travers du cas d’un enfant pathologie limite (Misès) nous verrons émerger la figure de Tom Sawyer dont nous ferons le mythe organisateur de l’institution avec sa fonction d’objet transitionnel collectif (Green), objet transgénérationnel, transculturel et transdisciplinaire. Un processus de symbolisation se dessinera alors pour cet enfant au moment de quitter l’ ITEP allant de conserve avec un processus de symbolisation collectif soutenu par le travail d’élaboration institutionnel et par la recherche-action dans une co-construction symbolisante, individuelle, groupale et institutionnelle. Ce processus trouvera son point d’orgue dans l’attribution d’un nom à l’ ITEP qui n’en avait pas. |

| Summary, etc. | It was at a pivotal moment of its history (change of location, rapprochement with another institution ( SESSAD) and new management) that our institution, an ITEP, decided to get involved in action research in collaboration with the university to reflect on the modifications that such changes would bring about in professional practices. Through the case of a child with borderline pathology (Misès), the figure of Tom Sawyer emerges, which we will regard as the organising myth of the institution with its function as a collective transitional object (Green), a transgenerational, transcultural, and transdisciplinary object. The outlines of a process of symbolisation emerged for this child when he was on the point of leaving the ITEP, in concert with a collective process of symbolisation sustained by the institutional work of elaboration and by the action research in an individual, group and institutional symbolising co-construction. This process culminated in the attribution of a name to the ITEP which it did not have before. |

El mito de Tom Sawyer : un objeto colectivo de transición Es en un un momento esencial de su historia (mudanza, acercamiento con otra institución (SESSAD) y cambio de dirección) que nuestra institución, un ITEP, elijo comprometerse en une investigación-acción en colaboración con la universidad para llevar una reflexión en las modificaciones que tales cambios llevaron en les practicas profesionales. A través del caso de un niño de patología limite (Misès) vemos llegar la figura de Tom Sawyer de la cual haremos el mito organizador de la institución con su función de objeto de transición colectivo (Green), objeto trans generacional, trans cultural et trans disciplinario. Un proceso de simbolización se destaca entonces para este niño en el momento de dejar el ITEP yendo de concierto con un proceso de simbolización colectivo sostenido por el trabajo de elaboración institucional y por la investigación-acción en une co-construcción simbolizante, individual, grupal e institucional. Este proceso encontrará su culminación en la atribución de un nombre al ITEP que no tenía. |
