| Summary, etc. | Nous rendons compte d’une analyse institutionnelle qui a eu lieu il y a quelques années mais prélude du contexte actuel. Sans nier l’impact du social, de l’économique, de l’actuel avec des exigences d’efficacité, du management, à l’œuvre dans tous les secteurs d’activité, il faut tenir compte de la spécificité des lieux de soins. Pour autant se pose la question : comment peuvent-ils tenir compte de ces impacts du socius ? L’analyse psychanalytique garde toute sa pertinence pour remobiliser des aspects fantasmatiques qui peuvent être paralysants, et qui révèlent, dans cet exemple, des aspects dépressifs. Cette microsociété qu’est un lieu de soins témoigne d’une mutation sociale plus grande où l’organisation du travail est plus prégnante mais doit permettre aux personnes, ici des soignants, de se réapproprier le cadre et le projet de travail. Pour autant, l’analyse de l’histoire et du présent, inscrit entre un passé et un avenir, doit permettre à chaque soignant de faire sien un travail relié à un ensemble, une équipe, un service, et de rester thérapeutique quand c’est encore possible. |

| Summary, etc. | This article give an account of an institutional analysis that took place a few years ago but which is a prelude to the current context. Without denying the impact that social and economic factors, as well as the current demands for greater efficiency and management have on all the sectors of activity, the specificity of the care setting needs to be taken into account. The question arises, however : how can they take into account these impacts of the socius ?Psychoanalytic analysis retains all its pertinence for remobilizing fantasy aspects that can be paralyzing and which reveal, in this example, depressive aspects. This microsociety that is a place of care evinces a greater social mutation when the organization of the work is more salient, but must allow the personnel, here the carers, to reappropriate the setting and the project of work. And yet, analysing the history, with the present inscribed between a past and a future, should permit each carer to appropriate for himself a task that is linked to an ensemble, a team, a service, and to remain therapeutic when it is still possible. |

| Summary, etc. | Presentamos un análisis institucional que ocurrió hace algunos años pero como un preludio del contexto actual. Sin negar el impacto social de la economía vigente, con las exigencias de eficacidad, de gestión, puestas en práctica en todos los sectores de actividad, hay que tener en cuenta la especificidad en los centros de salud mental. Por eso nos preguntamos : ¿Cómo pueden considerarse esos impactos de “socius” ?El análisis psiquiátrico gurda toda su pertinencia para volver a movilizar los aspectos fantasmáticos que pueden ser paralizantes, y que revelan, en este ejemplo, aspectos depresivos. Esta micro sociedad, que es un lugar de atención a la salud mental, testimonia de una gran mutación social en donde la organización del trabajo es dominante pero debe permitir a las personas, aquí trabajadores de la salud, apropiarse del encuadre y del proyecto de trabajo. Por lo tanto, la historia, el presente inscripto entre un pasado y un avenir analizados debe permitir a cada trabajador de salud apropiarse de su trabajo conectado a un conjunto, un equipo, un servicio, y continuar siendo terapéutico cuando es aún posible. |
