Le contexte actuel et ses exigences réinterrogent les repères professionnels individuels et collectifs. La direction et l’encadrement de la tâche primaire et celle du cadre organisationnel et institutionnel sont de plus en plus clivés. Des tensions se cristallisent et provoquent des demandes d’analyse des pratiques. Dans une perspective psychosociologique et clinique, cet espace tiers mettra en dialogue les dimensions intrasubjectives, intersubjectives, organisationnelles, institutionnelles et sociétales, liées au travail. Pour que cette expérience se produise, un dispositif rigoureux est nécessaire. La première rencontre nommée exploratoire constitue une première expérimentation de cette centration pluridimensionnelle pour co-penser le dispositif. Elle préfigure les problématiques à traiter tant sur plan du groupe de travail que sur la dynamique groupale. |

The current context and its demands once again challenge individual and collective professional reference points. The management and supervision of the primary task and that of the organisational and institutional framework are increasingly split. Tensions are crystallized and give rise to demands to analyse practices. From a psychosociological and clinical perspective, this third space creates a dialogue between the intrasubjective, intersubjective, organisational, institutional and societal dimensions. For this experience to occur, a rigorous setting is required. The first “exploratory” encounter is an initial way of testing this multidimensional concentration in order to think together about the setting. It prefigures the problems that have to be dealt with at the level both of the work group and of the group dynamics. |

El contexto actual y sus exigencias vuelven a cuestionar las bases profesionales individuales y colectivas. La dirección y el encuadre de la tarea primaria, de base y la del encuadre organizativo e institucional están cada vez más separadas. Las tensiones se cristalizan y provocan la necesidad de analizar las prácticas. Desde una perspectiva psicosociológica y clínica, este espacio de mediación permitirá el diálogo entre las dimensiones intrasubjetivas, intersubjetivas, organizacionales, institucionales y sociales, en relación al trabajo. Para que se produzca esta experiencia, un dispositivo riguroso es necesario. El primer encuentro, llamado exploratorio constituye la primera experimentación de la centralización pluridimensional para pensar juntos el dispositivo. Ella fija las problemáticas que necesitan ser tratadas tanto sobre el grupo de trabajo como sobre la dinámica grupal. |
