Dans un contexte d’internat où les jeunes sont séparés de leur milieu familial, le processus d’amaigrissement engagé par le traitement médical s’associe à la mise en scène de manifestations comportementales à valence sexuelle exacerbées semblables chez ces adolescents. Les professionnels sont alors plus en difficulté pour apporter une contenance groupale, et les débordements pulsionnels des jeunes attaquent le cadre, de manière récurrente et parfois même de manière violente. Quel sens pouvons-nous alors donner, dans ce passage du corps gros au corps sexué, dans cette période spécifique de l’adolescence, au côté massif et soudain de ces comportements de débordements pulsionnels qui font irruption sur la scène groupale et individuelle et qui attaquent le cadre ? |
