| Summary, etc. | À travers cet article, il s’agira de penser la fin d’un groupe thérapeutique pour préadolescents. Plus spécifiquement, nous verrons comment cela se déploie dans le cadre de ce groupe d’association libre en monothérapie, un groupe fermé à durée indéterminée dans un centre médico-psycho-pédagogique. Ma ligne conductrice sera la suivante : le groupe prépare la fin dès les premières séances. Au fil des mois, ce groupe traversera différentes phases, face à la fin de la thérapie. Paradoxalement, cela aura lieu de la première séance jusqu’à la dernière, en écho à la spécificité du dispositif. Pour accompagner cela, le groupe fera appel au thérapeute. Nous nous attarderons sur une angoisse bien spécifique, réactionnelle à cette mise en groupe : l’angoisse d’incorporation, qui peut ressurgir quand l’enveloppe groupale est fragilisée. Elle se joue en écho à la double valence : vouloir incorporer/crainte d’être incorporé. Nous analyserons comment se déploie ici ce processus, sous le prisme du passage progressif de l’incorporation du groupe à son introjection. Ainsi, en intériorisant le groupe et son fonctionnement, chaque membre de ce groupe pourra s’individuer, et tranquillement se séparer. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article the author reflects on the end of a therapeutic group for pre-adolescents. More specifically, I will look at how this unfolds in the context of this group of free association in monotherapy, a closed group of indeterminate duration in a medico-psycho-educational centre. My guiding axis is as follows: the group prepares the end of the first sessions. Over the course of several months, the group goes through different phases in response to the prospect of ending therapy. Paradoxically, this will take place from the first session until the last, in echo with the specific nature of the setting. A therapist accompanies the group throughout this process. I will consider a very specific reactive form of anxiety to this group situation, namely, incorporation anxiety, which may emerge when the group envelope is weakened. It echoes the two poles: wanting to incorporate/fear of being incorporated. This process will be analysed as it unfolds here through the prism of the gradual transition from the incorporation of the group to its introjection. Thus, by internalizing the group and its functioning, each member of this group will be able to individuate him/herself and quietly separate from the others. |

| Summary, etc. | A través de este artículo, pensaremos el final de un grupo terapéutico para preadolescentes. Más específicamente, veremos cómo esto se desarrolla en el marco de este grupo de asociación libre en monoterapia, un grupo cerrado con una duración indeterminada en un Centro Médico Psicológico. Mi línea conductora será la siguiente: el grupo prepara el final desde las primeras sesiones. Con el paso del tiempo, este grupo atravesará diferentes fases, frente al final de la terapia. Paradójicamente, esto se llevará a cabo desde la primera sesión hasta la última, en eco con las características específicas del dispositivo. Para acompañar este proceso, el grupo recurrirá al terapeuta. Nos centraremos en una angustia específica reaccional a esta organización del grupo: la angustia de incorporación que puede surgir cuando la envoltura grupal está fragilizada. Ella se juega en eco con la doble valencia: querer incorporarse/ temor a ser incorporado. Analizaremos cómo se desarrolla aquí este proceso, bajo el prisma del pasaje progresivo de la incorporación del grupo a su introyección. Así, interiorizando el grupo y su funcionamiento, cada miembro del este grupo podrá individualizarse y separarse tranquilamente. |
