| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose une présentation critique des différentes approches des interactions utilisateur-environnement hypermédia repérables dans la littérature, et développe une approche cognitive et ergonomique située de ces interactions qui accorde un primat au point de vue et aux significations de l’acteur. Le cadre théorique et méthodologique permettant d’appréhender le cours d’action des acteurs en situation naturelle est présenté et quelques résultats concernant des formes typiques d’interactions utilisateur-environnement hypermédia sont exposées. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents a critical analysis of some approaches of user-hypermedia interactions that are identified in the scientific literature, and proposes a situated cognitive and ergonomic perspective to analyze this interaction with a primacy to the actor’s point of view and meanings. It also describes the theorical and methodological framework designed to study the “course of action” of users in ecological situations, and presents some results about typical patterns of user-hypermedia interactions. |

El propone igualmente un enfoque cognitivo y ergonómico sobre estas interactiones dando prioridad al punto de vista y a los significados del actor. Tambien describe un marco teórico y metodológico que permite analizar el curso de la acción de los usuarios en situación natural, y présenta algunos resultados acerca de los patrones típicos de las interacciones usuario-ambiente hypermedia. |
