Il s’attache à montrer leur caractère situé (à saisir dans les replis de lieux physiques de travail partagés et familiers) et l’effet d’une expérience prolongée de travail à distance sur leur composition au sein de collectifs de travail. La pratique généralisée d’un télétravail continu ne se traduit pas par le seul effacement d’une partie des échanges informels, mais aussi par des tentatives de recomposition de la géographie des sociabilités « interstitielles ». Ces tentatives de recomposition restituent un mouvement parallèle d’institutionnalisation et de virtualisation des interactions informelles. |

It tries to show their situated character (to be grasped in the folds of shared and familiar physical workplaces) and the effect of a prolonged experience of telework on their composition within work collectives. The generalized practice of continuous telework does not only result in the erasure of part of the informal exchanges, but also in attempts to recompose the geography of “interstitial” sociabilities. These attempts at recomposition reflect a parallel movement of institutionalization and virtualization of informal interactions. |
