| Summary, etc. | Au sein d’une Ville Éducatrice telle que Paris, il semble intéressant de s’interroger sur les nouvelles formes d’expression culturelles nées de la pratique urbaine pour être reconnues comme apport ou outil éducatif. L’article questionne la place singulière de l’expression d’artistes par le graffiti, graff ou tag. Au carrefour entre pratique illégale et donc répréhensible et, discipline récemment reconnue comme une forme d’art à part entière, le graffiti bouscule une approche culturelle classique pour venir à la rencontre des habitants. Aussi cet article s’attache à montrer la place qu’occupe l’art urbain au sein de la ville éducatrice. Le graffiti serait-il un nouveau mode d’expression artistique ? Comment artistes et politiques vivent-ils la propagation de cet art urbain et parviennent-ils à concilier des objectifs pouvant parfois sembler contradictoires ? |

| Summary, etc. | Within an Educative City such as Paris, it seems interesting to wonder about the new born cultural forms of expression of the urban practice to be recognized as contribution or educational tool. The article which follow, ask of the singular place of the expression of artists by the Graffiti, Graff or Tag. In the crossroads between illegal and so reprehensible practice and, discipline recently recognized as a shape of full art, the Graffiti pushes aside a classical cultural approach to come to the meeting of the inhabitants. So this article attempts to show the place which occupies the urban design within the educative city. Would the graffiti be a new mode of artistic expression? How do artists and politics live the distribution of this urban design and do they succeed in reconciling objectives which can sometimes seem contradictory? |

| Summary, etc. | En una Ciudad Educadora como Paris, es interesante interrogarse sobre las nuevas formas de expresión cultural, nacidas de la práctica urbana para así ser reconocidas como un aporte o como una herramienta educativa. El siguiente artículo cuestiona el sitio singular de la expresión de artistas por el Graffiti, Graff o Tag. En el cruce entre la práctica ilegal la cual por consecuencia es reprensible y la disciplina recientemente reconocida como una forma de arte entero, el Graffiti acelera un acercamiento cultural clásico para venir al encuentro de los habitantes. De esta manera, este artículo se interesa en mostrar el lugar que ocupa el arte urbano dentro de la Ciudad Educadora. ¿El Graffiti será un nuevo modo de expresión artística? ¿Cómo los artistas y las políticas viven la propagación de este arte urbano y llegan a conciliar los objetivos pudiendo a veces parecer contradictorios? |
