| Summary, etc. | L’article présente une enquête menée auprès de 38 étudiants de première et seconde année de la mention Professorat des Écoles du master des Métiers de l’Enseignement, de l’Éducation et de la Formation, qui fréquentent le séminaire Éducation inclusive et diversité : scolariser les élèves à besoins éducatifs particuliers. Nous partons du constat que les incertitudes des métiers de l’enseignement concernant l’éducation inclusive sont générées par des injonctions paradoxales concernant l’analyse et l’interprétation des besoins éducatifs : les enseignants aspirent à s’orienter suivant des nosographies médicales et neuro biologiques qui les dépossèdent de leur expertise propre. Nous faisons l’hypothèse que la recherche professionnelle est une voie privilégiée pour questionner les situations et les pratiques pédagogiques afin de construire un style pédagogique propre. Les résultats suggèrent qu’il reste du chemin à faire pour clarifier ces objectifs auprès des étudiants. |

| Summary, etc. | The article presents a survey of 38 students of the first and second year of the first mention (Teaching in elementary Schools) of the Master’s degree of teaching, education and training, which frequent the research seminar including « Education and diversity in school : the pupils with special educational needs ». We leave the report that the professional uncertainties by the teaching concerning the including education are managed by the paradoxical orders concerning the analysis and the interpretation of the educational needs : the teachers are fascinated by medical and neuro biological nosography while they dispossess them of their own expertise. We make the hypothesis that the professional research is a favoured way to develop a questioning on the analysis of the situations, on the educational practices there and to build a personal educational style. The findings show that we need to clarify these objectives for the students. |
