| Summary, etc. | En psychiatrie de l’enfant, le génogramme est un outil de base, à utiliser tout au long du processus thérapeutique. Liant un dessin qui permet à l’enfant de se situer dans sa filiation, et le récit autour de l’histoire familiale, fait par l’enfant et sa famille, avec les affects qui le soutiennent, il permet un travail approfondi sur l’environnement relationnel de l’enfant et la place des parents. Ce travail peut se faire avec les parents ou l’enfant seul, et crée une enveloppe narrative contenante qui facilite la reprise évolutive de l’enfant et de sa famille. |

| Summary, etc. | The genogram, a basic tool in child psychiatry. – The genogram is a basic tool in child psychiatry which can be used throughout the therapeutic process. It permits several elements to be linked: a drawing that allows the child to situate himself within his filiation; the narrative of the family history as told by the child and his family; as well as the affects which are sustaining this narrative. Through this linking, the genogram allows a work in depth on the child’s relational environment and on the parent’s place. This work can be carried out with the child alone, and it creates a narrative envelope which facilitates therapeutic evolution of the child and his family. |

Vinculando un gráfico que permite al niño situar en su filiación y el relato de la historia familiar, hecho por el niño y su familia, permite un trabajo profundo sobre el entorno familiar situando el lugar de los padres. Esto trabajo puede hacerse con los padres o el niño solo, posibilitando el desarollo de una narración contenedora que ayude la reanudación evolutiva del niño y su familia. |
