A partir d’exemples cliniques, l’impact des caractéristiques spécifiques des situations de violences conjugales/domestiques sur les indications de thérapie de couple et/ou de famille est discuté. |

| Summary, etc. | Intimate partner and domestic violence: autonomy and dependence in the therapeutic system. The article aims at developing an ethical standpoint and a therapeutic framework in order to preserve both the therapist’s and the patient’s autonomy in situations of intimate partner/domestic violence. Based on clinical examples, the impact of the specific characteristics of intimate partner/domestic violence situations on the indications for couple and/or family therapy is discussed. |

Este artículo tiene como objetivo de desarrollar una posición ética y un contexto terapéutico con el fin de proteger la autonomía de los terapeutas y de los pacientes en las situaciones de violencias maritales/domésticas. Con la ayuda de ejemplos clínicos el impacto de la terapia de pareja y/o de familia sobre la violencia de pareja o domestica se discute. |
