L’équipe pluridisciplinaire du Tamaris s’implique dans les relations de la vie quotidienne en s’appuyant sur les axes anthropologiques de l’espace et du temps vécus, sur le travail avec les familles, sur la différenciation des fonctions d’autorité, du tiers mandant et des collaborations en réseau. Des outils spécifiques comme la réunion d’équipe ou la palabre sont mis en œuvre. |

La elección de la no expulsión de adolescentes colocados en una institución requiere un modelo de terapia institucional que intentamos precisar. Esta no expulsión pretende corregir una historia de rupturas y colocaciones múltiples pero existe el riesgo de que se vuelva un mito rígido si se sistematiza sin tomar en cuenta los límites de la colocación. El equipo pluridisciplinario del Tamaris se implica en las relaciones de la vida cotidiana apoyándose en los ejes antropológicos del espacio y del tiempo vividos, en el trabajo con las familias, en la diferenciación de las funciones de autoridad, del tercero mandante y de las colaboraciones en red.
