| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose une réflexion sur le processus d’appropriation et d’intégration des concepts émergeant dans les logiques d’action des organisations et des professionnels du travail social et de l’intervention sociale. L’hypothèse avancée est que ce processus s’opère progressivement et lentement. Cela est d’autant plus long que l’intégration de ces concepts dans la formation des travailleurs sociaux exige un certain délai, voire est confrontée à une certaine résistance dans les centres de formation, dans les lieux d’exercice professionnel. De ce fait, à peine les anciens concepts sont-ils intégrés que de nouveaux viennent bousculer les acquis, remettre en cause les pratiques et les professionnels. |

The author formulates the hypothesis that this is a slow and progressive process. The adoption of these concepts in social worker training and in the field is met with resistance and takes time. For this reason old concept have hardly been appropriated before new ones shake them up and challenge professionals and their practices. |
