| Summary, etc. | La non-implication des affects et la recherche de la « bonne distance » sont des références incontournables dans les formations de travailleurs sociaux, jusqu’à devenir des référents professionnels. En nous interrogeant dans cet article sur des établissements sociaux imprégnés par le religieux (le catholicisme pour les Apprentis d’Auteuil et le judaïsme pour l’Œuvre de secours aux enfants- ose), nous verrons qu’il est des lieux qui accordent une attention bienveillante aux émotions dans les relations socio-éducatives, et questionnerons l’influence du religieux dans le rapport qu’ils entretiennent aux affects. Cet article interroge les tensions entre vocation et professionnalisme, mais aussi la place des émotions dans le travail socio-éducatif. Oscillant entre les dimensions affectives et la mobilisation du religieux, les deux structures construisent un regard spécifique sur les relations éducatives et sur les aspects que doit recouvrir le professionnalisme au-delà de sa dimension « fonctionnaire ». |
