Confinés de la première heure, professionnels en première ligne déplacés dans un autre établissement médico-social à qui ont été assignées de nouvelles fonctions, prérogatives ou tâches, cantonnés chez eux en télétravail, culpabilisés de ne pouvoir se sentir utiles, etc. : la multiplicité de situations a occasionné récits, témoignages et points de vue contrastés, mâtinés d’affects profonds.Derrière les mots se logent à bas bruit les angoisses existentielles de tout un chacun ainsi que des étapes-clés du retentissement de la pandémie sur les mentalités : sidération, adaptation réactionnelle, résilience, sur-adaptation, atteinte des idéaux professionnels. Le verbatim des propos recueillis lors de divers dispositifs d’écoute esquisse un début de cartographie des préoccupations, sentiments et affects des professionnels du secteur médico-social durant les différentes phases de cette période inédite. |
