| Summary, etc. | Le secteur sanitaire, social et médico-social est habituellement confronté au négatif mais ce dernier peut devenir, aujourd’hui, paroxystique, tout particulièrement dans le secteur des personnes âgées, mais pas seulement. Dans ces traversées éprouvantes, les équipes résonnent différemment, selon Jean-Pierre Pinel : d’une « résonance tempérée » à une « résonance pathologique », cette dernière se traduisant souvent par de la souffrance, de la déliaison et du retrait.Tant les retours des observateurs du secteur social et médico-social que nos propres constats convergent pour constater que certaines équipes ont pu affronter positivement la crise sanitaire alors que d’autres ont connu une accentuation des tensions existantes. Quand une équipe de professionnels résonne de manière tempérée à des situations sévères, notre hypothèse est qu’ont été honorés par le management, préalablement à la période crisique que nous connaissons, certains principes et pratiques.On peut donc, d’ores et déjà, avec prudence et l’appui de quelques auteurs de référence, s’essayer à tirer quelques enseignements de la crise et à expliciter les fondamentaux mis en œuvre par des directions suffisamment bonnes. |

| Summary, etc. | The health, social and medico-social sector is often confronted with adversity but this has now become overwhelming particularly in the elderly sector, but not only there. According to Jean-Pierre Pinel, in these trying situations, the teams resonate differently: from a “tempered resonance” to a “pathological resonance”, the latter often taking the form of suffering, disengagement and withdrawal. Both the feedback from observers in the social and medico-social sector and our own observations converge in noting that some teams have been able to cope positively with the health crisis, while others have experienced an accentuation of existing tensions. When a team of professionals responds in a tempered way to severe situations, our hypothesis is that certain principles and practices have been fulfilled by the management prior to the crisis period we are experiencing. Employing caution and with the support of a few authoritative sources, the authors try to draw some lessons from the crisis and to explain the fundamentals as implemented by “good enough” management. |
