| Summary, etc. | La réception au xvii e siècle des principes de la combinatoire lullienne a pu profiter de la médiation opérée par des intellectuels tels que Raymond Sebond, Heymericus de Campo et Pierre Grégoire qui, entre le xv e et le xvi e siècles, ont progressivement introduit dans le noyau disciplinaire de l’Art, les prémisses théoriques qui lui seront indispensables pour répondre aux exigences propres aux nouveaux paradigmes scientifiques de l’époque moderne. L’œuvre encyclopédique du franciscain Bernardus de Lavinheta – la Practica compendiosa de 1532 – s’avère d’une importance fondamentale pour l’histoire de cette transmission. L’article se concentre tout particulièrement sur la liste des quarante formes élémentaires du droit comprise dans la section juridique de la Practica afin d’en étudier la fonction au sein de la structure artistique. L’article souligne enfin l’importance des démarches théoriques de Lavinheta pour la réception qui va s’ensuivre de l’approche combinatoire à la science. |

| Summary, etc. | The seventeenth century reception of the principles of Lullian combinatorics benefited highly from the mediation of scholars such as Raymond of Sabunde, Heymeric de Campo, and Pierre Grégoire. Between the fifteenth and sixteenth century, these authors progressively introduced into the Ars Magna the theoretical premises required to meet the specific needs of the new scientific paradigm. The encyclopedic work of the Franciscan Bernardus de Lavinheta—the 1532 Practica compendiosa—marks a decisive step in the history of this transmission. This article examines the list of the forty elementary forms of law contained in the juridical section of the Practica and addresses its function within the artistic structure. Finally, the paper emphasizes Lavinheta’s relevance for the ensuing reception of a combinatorial approach to science. |
