| Summary, etc. | L?ONU face à la mondialisation : le problème du passage du multilatéralisme au système-mondeL?article porte sur les tentatives entreprises par l'ONU pour s?adapter aux paramètres nouveaux de la mondialisation à travers les décisions amorcées par le Sommet du Millénaire (2000) et timidement développées dans celles du Sommet mondial de 2005 – lesquelles n?ont pas été de nature à permettre la mutation nécessaire du multilatéralisme interétatique au mondial. L?article analyse les trois éléments fondamentaux de la réforme de l'ONU (la démocratisation du Conseil de sécurité, le renforcement des capacités de l'ONU en matière de gestion des conflits et la dépolitisation des activités relatives aux droits de l'homme) pour conclure que le scénario le plus probable est, pour un temps encore indéterminé, un statu quo regrettable. |

It focuses on the three main elements of UN reform (democratization of the Security Council, strengthening of UN capacity for conflict management and de-politicization of human rights activities) before concluding that the most probable scenario is, for an undetermined period, the prevalence of the status quo. |
