| Summary, etc. | Mondialisation économique et mondialisation politique depuis 1945La mondialisation, multiplication des interdépendances de toutes sortes, contraction sans fin de l’espace et du temps, est une dynamique technico-économique. En même temps, parallèlement, se manifestent des formes de mondialisation politique : ainsi le projet onusien. Alors, quels liens entre l’économique et le politique ? Comme l’illustre le dernier tiers du XXe siècle, les grandes poussées de mondialisation sont dues à des facteurs technico-économiques, mais ceux-ci sont difficilement dissociables de l’esprit général de l’époque. Ces facteurs technico-économiques peuvent contribuer à remodeler le politique. Mais celui-ci constitue un niveau spécifique, autonome. La mondialisation technico-économique n’est portée par aucune finalité. Elle est toujours à la merci de l’imprévisible. |

Globalisation is a technico-economic process. At the same time, forms of political globalization can develop : for instance, the United Nations scheme. Then what are the links between economics and politics ? As suggested by the last third of XXTH century, the big globalization thrusts stem from technico-economic factors, but those factors cannot be separated from the intellectual, spiritual climate of the moment. These factors may reshape politics. But politics remains a specific, an autonomous level. Globalization is not moved by any objective. At any time, it can be broken by the unforeseeable ! |
