Ils sont ainsi confrontés à une crise de légitimité pour laquelle deux voies de sortie sont envisagées : une redéfinition de leur cadre d’action par la loi et une formule en cours d’expérimentation, les États généraux du travail social, comme étape d’un processus de refondation. |

They are confronted with a crisis of legitimacy.
