À partir d’une enquête menée dans sept magasins Décathlon, le sentiment quasi fusionnel d’identification à l’enseigne qui anime une majorité d’entre eux est analysé. Ce mode de construction de l’engagement organisationnel, qui articule promesse de carrière, responsabilisation individuelle et mobilisation du sport témoigne d’un type original de régénération du système de production capitaliste. |

On the basis of a survey conducted in seven Decathlon stores, we analyze the symbiotic relationship that leads most managers to identify with their company.
