| Summary, etc. | L’article analyse les résistances et effets auxquels donne lieu l’évaluation d’un dispositif d’insertion par le sport et son instrumentation. L’ethnographie de la co-construction et des usages d’un « carnet de bord » montre comment cet instrument à finalités gestionnaires et technocratiques est détourné en référentiel du métier d’éducateur « socio-sportif ». Il permet en outre de normaliser et réguler, mais aussi d’institutionnaliser et rationaliser le dispositif et sa « gouvernance territoriale », tout en exerçant un contrôle infrapolitique sur l’activité professionnelle de ses « metteurs en œuvre ». |

| Summary, etc. | In this study, we analyse the resistance to – and the effects of – evaluating a social/professional integration process through sports. The ethnography of the uses of a « co-built » road book shows how this management tool is employed in a way that was not originally intended : i.e. as a competency framework for education professions. Furthermore, this tool allows to normalize and to regulate, but also to institutionalize and to rationalize the integration process and its territorial governance, while maintaining a political control on the professional activity. |
