Summary, etc. Cette étude observationnelle et multicentrique a été menée du 2 novembre 2022 au 2 mai 2023 auprès des patients ayant bénéficié d’une exérèse chirurgicale d’un mélanome malin, et vus à ce titre en consultation de dermatologie de six centres hospitaliers universitaires français. L’objectif principal était de caractériser chez ces patients les douleurs chroniques postchirurgicales (DCPC), leur fréquence et leur retentissement. Ont été inclus 37 patients, dont 27 femmes (73 %), l’âge médian était de 60 ans. La prévalence des DCPC était de 6 % (3,75-7,85), avec une intensité sévère à très sévère dans 32 % des cas, et un impact psychologique et sur la qualité du sommeil fréquent.

Summary, etc. This observational, multicenter study was carried out from November 2, 2022 to May 2, 2023 on patients who had undergone surgical removal of a malignant melanoma, and seen for this purpose in dermatology consultations at 6 French university hospitals. The main objective was to characterize chronic post-surgical pain (CPPS) in these patients, its frequency and impact. We included 37 patients, 27 of them women (73%), with a median age of 60. The prevalence of CPPD was 6% (3.75;7.85), with severe to very severe intensity in 32% of cases, and a frequent psychological impact and impact on sleep quality.
