| Summary, etc. | Les techniques d’élastographie par ultrasons et par résonance magnétique sont des méthodes fiables et reproductibles d’évaluation non invasives de la fibrose hépatique. Elles évaluent les propriétés mécaniques des tissus telles que l’élasticité, qui décrit la résistance à la déformation d’un tissu face à une contrainte appliquée. Si l’élastographie transitoire par ultrasons demeure la technique la plus validée, l’élastographie par résonance magnétique présente quant à elle permet de mesurer la rigidité du foie sur une plus grande surface. |
